How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 5–12 days with tracking, so you can follow your parcel to your door.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Can I change my order or address?
Contact us as soon as you can after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Using Your Device
How often should I use it?
A common rhythm is 3–5 sessions a week, around 10–20 minutes each. Consistency matters more than long sessions.
Should my skin be clean?
Yes — start with clean, dry skin so nothing sits between the light and your skin.
Do I need eye protection?
With our masks, simply keep your eyes closed. With the panel, avoid looking directly into the light and keep your eyes closed or use eye protection.
When will I notice a difference?
Our devices are for cosmetic use as part of a routine. Any changes are gradual and vary from person to person — we don't promise specific results.
Is there anyone who should avoid using them?
If you're pregnant, taking photosensitising medication, or have a light-sensitive condition, please check with a healthcare professional first. These are cosmetic devices, not medical devices.
Products
Which device should I choose?
Masks are for the face (the 4D set extends to the neck), the caps are for your hair-care routine, and the panel covers larger areas of face or body from a stand.
How do I clean my device?
Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and let them air-dry. Avoid soaking and harsh cleaners.
How are they powered?
It varies by product — some are USB powered, some are rechargeable, and the panel uses a handheld controller. Each product page lists what's in the box.
