Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your order to your door.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
